Precision stages for all 3 axes. Travel: 9mm, 10mm, and just over 10mm (a little difficult to measure).

Overall dimensions approximately 10" x 9" x 7. Melles Griot micrometer for 1 axis. Fine-pitch screw drive for other 2 axes.
