This module was removed from a decommissioned semiconductor wafer handler. The carriage will not move with hand pressure until the brake is released; then the carriage moves easily. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. Dual linear rails with 4 bearing blocks. Linear rails: (2) 21-1/2 NSK H20, recirculating ball bearing blocks. Plastic bump stops both ends of carriage. Overall dimensions: 28"H, 13" x 12 Footprint. Main housing: 6-3/8" x 4-5/8". Raised portion on carriage: 69mm x 95mm. 1.5 wide main drive belt.
3 Plastic cover strip keeps debris out of moving parts. Removable aluminum covers over rails and motor/cables area. Home position switch on bottom. Connectors on front and rear. Several cables left in place for your convenience.
