These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. The ball screw has an outer diameter of 15mm, and a pitch of 10mm.
I think the motor has a brake, because the screw will not turn by hand, but I think the positioner will provide about 300315mm of travel. The photos above are representative.
