Precision low profile (25mm) linear servo driven stage made by Parker Hannifin. This is MX80L type and has a built-in 3 phase brushless DC linear servo motor with 150 mm (6 inches) of travel. The precision grade stage provides 5 um accuracy and 0.4 um repeatability. The stage is capable of velocities up to 2000 mm/s when used with a 1.0 or 5.0 um interpolator.
