THK 26" Travel Linear Actuator 2x32" Rail GSR20T Parker Compumotor CM233XE Motor. This lot is used, with lots of minor cosmetic blemishes from prior use, including grease residue, scuffs and scratches. Note that the contamination-prevention wipers on the bearings are very soft and should be replaced if you need that feature. This was removed from a decommissioned Universal Intruments machine and not tested separately.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. (1) THK 46493601 Linear Actuator. (1) Pair of connecting cables. Linear actuator with holding brake. Linear rails: 2x 32 GSR20T with 3 bearing blocks. Recirculating ball bearing blocks have 3 bearing races, can be removed without disassembling the actuator. Bearings are retained (no loose balls fall out when blocks are removed). Clearance is set correctly by simply tightening block with mounting bolts. Preload can be adjusted by a side-push bolt on your fixturing. Can receive loads in any direction.
Square top of nut has mounting holes. Electromagnetic brake: Warner Electric ERS-42, 24VDC 23W 5151-170-002. T-slot mounting on sides and bottom.
Dowel pins for precise locating. Adjustable limit switch location (2 switches). Brushless servo motor with slotless stator. Custom-wound for Universal Instruments GSM machine.
